Blue Noun have invited Erika Green, of delicious Green’s Granola to host a weekly Granola Breakfast with our learners.
Erika is a Strathearn-based producer of granola, flapjacks and home baking.
She also has several years experience of teaching English as a foreign language, and we are delighted to offer her a guest slot on our General Professional course.
Over a granola breakfast, Erika will tell our learners all about how she has grown her business from scratch - all the while coaching conversational skills around professional topics in English.
"Green's Granola is homemade in Auchterarder, Perthshire, using pure Scottish wholegrain jumbo oats complemented by a selection of healthy and deliciousingredients from around the world. My granola is gently baked in small batches to ensure that it’s satisfyingly crunchy, evenly browned and of the highest quality. The granola is sweetened with honey and packed with nuts, seeds and/or dried fruit, making it hearty enough to keep you going all morning".
